Personal Development Discussion with Stephen Sokoler

The Programming and Mentoring Committee of the Columbia University Alumni Club of Long Island would like to invite all alumni to a personal development session with Stephen Sokoler (hosted by Peter Liang BUS’ 08) on Wednesday July 29th at 7:00 pm at the Bryant Library in Roslyn, NY (located at 2 Papermill Road, Roslyn, NY).

Stephen Sokoler is a lifelong entrepreneur with numerous businesses created from scratch. In this talk, Stephen will discuss the benefit personal development through Journey Meditation  – a simple program to help people reduce stress, improve performance (at work and beyond), and live a happier, healthier life. Now more than ever, people crave the tools to quiet their busy minds but struggle to find time amidst today’s chaotic calendars.
