Stephen Sokoler is a lifelong entrepreneur with numerous businesses created from scratch. In this talk, Stephen will discuss the benefit personal development through Journey Meditation – a simple program to help people reduce stress, improve performance (at work and beyond), and live a happier, healthier life. Now more than ever, people crave the tools to quiet their busy minds but struggle to find time amidst today’s chaotic calendars.
